Behavior

Snooty neighbors speak well and are polite, but sometimes appear self-centered and arrogant towards other neighbors, including the gamer. Also, they are short-tempered and sarcastic, but if the player talks to them often, they open up and become friendlier, sometimes giving the player fashion lessons. However, this doesn't stop them from making an occasional scathing comment. Snooty neighbors often have exotic or upper-class names, or names related to high-value objects and gems, making them easy to distinguish when talking to villagers.

In New Leaf, they speak in a lower, more sophisticated, almost charming voice that sounds similar to the voices used by snobbish neighbors, while in New Horizons, it tends to have more similarities to the voices of normal neighbors.

The snooty neighbors go to sleep at 03:00 at Animal Crossing and wake up at 9:00. Wild World and City Folk go to sleep at 03:30 and wake up at 09:00. In New Leaf they wake up at 09:30 and fall asleep at 02:00, and in New Horizons they wake up at 08:30 and fall asleep at 02:30.

Like the happy and normal neighbors, they frequently read the magazine "Miss Nintendique", and relate quotes from it, such as what their lucky object is, or they say they bought so much makeup that the magazine gave them a fashion article , which are then given to the player. They will often talk about Graciela and how much they love her clothes. They also speak frequently of the never-before-seen magazine, Chic Monthly.
