canva
canva is an online service that allows you to create logos, flyers, brochures, postcards and greeting cards using ready-to-use templates to customize to your liking. In addition, it allows you to place a print order to print on paper and receive the birthday cards made directly at home.
To use Canva, connect to the main page of the service and click on one of the available items (Instruction, Small company, Private use etc.) to indicate your use of Canva. In the new open page, press the button Sign up with email and enter your data in the fields Full name, E-mail e Password, then put the check mark next to the item I'm not a robot and click on the button SUBSCRIBE to create your account.
Now, press the button Create progetto at the top left and select the option Ticket to access the Canva workspace. Then select the option layout present in the sidebar on the left and find the template to apply to your greeting card among those available. Alternatively (or additionally), select the item Search and write Birthday in the field Search to view photos, images and graphics useful for creating a birthday card.
Using the tools in the menu on the left, you can further customize your ticket: Elements to add frames, shapes, lines, grids and much more; Text to add custom text to the card, specifying its color, font and size; Background to change the background colors of the note e Uploads to upload photos from your computer to add to the greeting card.
Once you have completed creating your birthday card, click the button Download to save it on your computer in PDF, PNG or JPG format, otherwise press the button Order prints to create a print order. In the new window opened, indicate the print options, the number of copies (minimum 25), select the shipping options and click on the buttons Submit order, Continue e NEXT. Then follow the wizard to check your ticket and press the button Proceed to purchase, then enter the data for the shipment and proceed with the payment.

To find a greeting card on Greetings Islands, connect to the official website of the service and click on the item Cards present in the top menu, then select the option Birthday present in the left sidebar to view the list of available birthday cards.
To further refine your search, click on one of the available items on the left under the option Browse Birthday: for example, if you are looking for a birthday card for children, click on the item Kids to view only the greeting cards dedicated to children.
Once you have identified the one you are interested in, click on the chosen ticket to access its descriptive card and press the button Customize to customize it. Then select the items front, Inside e back visible at the top to add text and photos respectively on the front, on the inside and on the back of the card.
Once the change is complete, click on the button Next and select one of the available options from the menu that appears: Send online to send the ticket via email or Facebook; download PDF to save it on your computer in PDF format e Print now to print it on your printer. In the latter case, set the printing preferences and press the buttons Next e Print to print the birthday card.
Drogbaster
Drogbaster is an online portal that collects numerous greeting cards for all occasions. It's the ideal solution for anyone looking for a ready-to-use birthday card to print for free.
To find the greeting card that best suits your needs on Drogbaster, connect to the main page of the site and scroll down until you find the section Greeting cards. Then click on the option Birthday 18 years to access the section dedicated to eighteenth birthday tickets and select the item Birthday present at the top right of the box Card indexes to view the full list of birthday greeting cards.
All tickets available on Drogbaster are downloadable for free and available in two different formats: 350 × 280 px useful for making a gift tag or label e 1025x900px for real greeting cards. Once you have identified the ticket you are interested in, click on its preview image to enlarge it and view its details and, if you like, right-click on it and select the item Save image with as from the menu that appears to download it to your computer.
Now, double click on the file you just downloaded, select the item Fillet from the top menu and click on the option Print from the menu that appears, then set the number of copies to print, the size and orientation of the page (depending on the card downloaded) and press the button Print. If you think Tuttodisegni is the best solution to download your birthday card, connect to the home page of the service and click on the option Birthday cards present in the sidebar on the right, under the heading tickets. In the newly opened page, browse the catalog of available birthday cards and click on the one you are interested in to enlarge it.
To download it to your computer, right click on the image, select the item Save image as from the menu that appears and presses the button Save. Now, double click on the downloaded file, select the item Fillet from the top menu and select the option Print to open the print settings, then press the button Print And that's it.

If the online solutions that I indicated in the previous paragraphs have not completely satisfied your needs and you would like to create a greeting card yourself to print at home, you can rely on software to install on your computer. - Pages (macOS): is the software that is part of iWork, the suite installed as standard on most Apple devices and which allows you to view text files, make presentations and create flyers, business cards and greeting cards.
- GIMP (Windows/macOS/Linux): Users with good skills in using image processing programs can create birthday greeting cards using GIMP. In addition to online services and programs to install on your computer, you need to know that they also exist applications for smartphones and tablets that allow you to customize ready-to-use birthday cards and request them to be sent by post: here are some that might be right for you.
- MyPostcard (Android/iOS): is an application to create and send personalized postcards and greeting cards all over the world. The app is free, while the cost for sending a folding ticket is 3,49 euros (including envelope and shipping costs). In addition, it is also possible to choose the XXL format at an additional cost of 5 euros.
