Camille is a character introduced in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, where he plays the role of host of the Bug Hunt. He appears to have a similar role to Papilo in previous games.
Kamilo is a red chameleon, he has round blue semi-closed eyes with slightly darker irises and wine-colored eyelids, he has the end of four ridges that run from the top to the back of his head, a trio of yellow horns, two on its forehead and one on the tip of its nose, as well as a long curled tail with three dark stripes. Kamilo wears a punk style of clothing, consisting of a black flannel with a Ladybug drawn on it, a sleeveless black leather jacket, two silver piercings on the second upper ridge of his head, a black choker with a gold trim, pants red with dark stripes and a pair of black boots. His net also has that same punk design, mostly black, circular, with gray thread and seven silver triangular tips.
Kamilo may find himself wandering the island one day of the week, a bug enthusiast and will buy bugs from the player for a higher value than usual. He is also an artist and the player can commission him to make a bug figurine by bringing him three of the same specimens of the corresponding bug.
CJ and Kamilo share the same emblem; CJ in his cap and Kamilo in the back of his vest.
In the Japanese version CJ mentions that Kamilo does not get along with the rest of his family, especially his father because, while he loves bugs, his father likes to eat them, hinting that his father could be Papilo from previous games.
Papilo is more involved to be his father in CJ's dialogues, in which the latter affirms that their families have known each other for a long time, which could also refer to Martín as CJ's father.
