Board game developer CMON announced Cyberpunk 2077 - Afterlife: The Card Game, a card game based on the world of Cyberpunk 2077. Afterlife is a card game that puts players in the role of Fixers, who are people in the Cyberpunk universe who hire cyberpunks (like the main character in the 2077 video game) to do jobs for them.

According to your ad posting, Afterlife is a collaboration between CMON and Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt RED. It is also designed by Eric M. Lang, a popular board game creator known for games like Blood Rage and Bloodborne: The Card Game.
