The only requirement to be able to participate in these weekly Deadpool challenges in season 2 is to have the paid battle pass.
Where to find the weekly Deadpool missions
To find the weekly Deadpool missions you have to go to the battle pass tab of the menu, and once we are in the lobby look for the vent located in the central right part of the screen.
Once we enter the vent, we will be inside Deadpool's supposed headquarters, which is a converted and quite chaotic bathroom, where we will specifically have to locate the computer located above the sink in the right area of the screen.
In the aforementioned computer, we will have the predisposition of all the weekly missions that will be unlocked every Friday at 15:00 p.m. Spanish peninsular time.

For this second mission we have to enter a game in normal mode, and find these pants that are acting as a flag in a specific location on the map.
We have to go to one of the roofs of a specific building in Burning Sands, exactly to the building that we show you in the following screenshot:

You just have to go to Deadpool's yacht, which until now was Miaúsculos's yacht (who you can now find crying in the box factory because the yacht has been taken from him). Once on the yacht, you just have to go inside and on the ground floor you will see the dance floor. Use any of your dance emotes, and you will have passed the dance challenge at the yacht party. Easy right?

It is as easy as going to a game in normal mode, and entering any telephone booth or portable toilet that we see on the map.

As soon as you have overcome these two simple challenges, when you leave a phone booth or a portable bathroom you will have the Deadpool skin equipped and it will be for you forever. Remember that Deadpool's challenges don't end here, and next week there will be two new challenges to unlock the alternate style (Deadpool without a mask).
Deadpool Week 6 Challenges
Specifically, these are the two challenges of Deadpool week 6 in Fortnite:

Once we have accessed the ventilation shaft, we will enter a kind of secret Deadpool headquarters. In this secret barracks, where you see that it is a bathroom with a computer and a multitude of toilet paper rolls on the floor, we have several aspects to highlight.
On the one hand we have the computer, where by accessing it we will have the weekly challenges of Deadpool. In week 1 we are invited to “find Deadpool's letter for Epic Games” and as a second challenge, “don't thank the bus driver”.
Well, Deadpool's letter for Epic Games is located in this same room, and you must locate it just in the lower left.
Click on the letter and you will see a design of the battle bus made by Deadpool, and also a couple of paragraphs. After finding it and reading it, you will have already passed this first objective.
