UPDATED 13/12/2019: Epic has confirmed that the pass is not in the plans at this time and that it will not arrive for 2020. Specifically, their statement has been: "We have been seeing a lot of conversations about an annual pass for 2020 as a result of the data mining of the v11.30 update. Sometimes elements and functions that are in the prototype phase make it to the patches, and end up not being released.
