Hunting
It appears jumping on the ground. The first few times it can be mistaken for a lobster, although the sound is slightly different. You may fall into the water while jumping; if that happens, you've lost it.
Jokes

- Man, jump a lot, but as much as you ride ... - Wild World
- Come jump into my pocket! - Let's Go To The City

Museum information
Population: on the rise!
In fact, their song has a calming effect on golden autumn sunsets ... lovely! However, its appearance is not attractive at all. In fact, they could be described as disgusting. Or almost. Personally, I think they are as unattractive as roaches. Yuck! Infamous and vile, that's what they are.
Wild world
This bug makes an attractive and relaxing sound. Unfortunately, a glance at the insect itself is enough to repel me. And that reminds me why I avoid them at all costs! Yuck! How disgusting ...
City Folk/Let's Go To The City
Have you noticed that grasshoppers have very fragile legs? Uuhu ... Hasn't it happened to you? You catch one with your net, but inadvertently rip off a leg. It's really disgusting ... And then you realize that the leg keeps moving by itself! And you run away in terror!
New Leaf
Grasshoppers sing in a similar way to crickets, but the noise does not come from the same source. If the crickets rub their wings, the grasshoppers do the same with their legs. Although they closely resemble locusts, they are part of the diet of some grasshoppers.
New Horizons
Grasshoppers make a very distinctive noise. (Which drives me crazy ...) They produce it by rubbing the hind legs against the wings ... (as if it were less annoying for that). Although they feed on seeds and pollen, they sometimes hunt smaller insects as well. I already tell you that making such a fuss at lunchtime is not polite. What a pitiful bug.
