Contacting Epic Games from a computer
If you need contact epic Games, I guess the reason is because you are having problems with his video games. In this regard, you can act as a computer first, by connecting to its official company website.
Then start a browser to browse the Internet, such as Google Chrome, connected to the Epic Games site via the link I gave you and log in with your account by pressing the button Log in located at the top right. On the next screen, enter your login information (email address e Password) in the appropriate text fields and press the button Log in.
If you have registered on the Epic Games site through your profile Facebook o Google, press on one of the relative buttons, while if you play Epic Games video games on console you may have registered through your account PlayStation Network, Xbox Live o Nintendo; in this case, log in by clicking on one of these buttons.
Once logged in, regardless of the game you need support for, press the button Help which you can see in the top menu bar. At this point, indicate which game or product you are having problems with and click on one of the boxes visible on the screen: Fortnite, Unreal Engine, Infinity Blade, Unreal Marketplace, Battle breakers, Unreal Turnament o shadow-complex.
If you are having a problem with an Epic Games service, click on the box Epic Account Support or on the box Epic Launcher, depending on whether you need to request technical support regarding problems relating to your Epic Games account or whether they concern the company's launcher.

It is in fact the section that shows a list of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), that is, of frequently asked questions to which an answer can be found.
In the event that the problem to be encountered still does not find a resolution, you can contact Epic Games by pressing the button Contact us, which is located in the upper right corner.
The module visible on the screen allows you to send a personalized message to Epic Games technical support, so make sure you fill in all the text fields correctly: in the first drop-down menu it indicates the game or service for which you need technical support ( for example Fortnite o Epic Launcher), use the menu Language to select the language the paeseno and the one named Platform to indicate to technical support the platform on which you encountered problems, then enter yours name and your e-mail adress in the respective text fields.
Once this is done, best describe the problem you encountered in the text field below, trying to be as clear and specific as possible. Now, enter the verification code that is shown to you in the text field below and finally press the button Send, to submit your support request.
If everything went well, you should receive an automatic email from technical support confirming receipt of the message. Subsequently, you should also receive the response from technical support with indicated how to proceed to resolve.
If the problem you are experiencing is not clear, you may be asked to send a screenshot and a more detailed description. Additionally, you may need to provide your Epic Games account name, email associated with it, or your account name PSN o Xbox Live, if you play on PS4 or Xbox.
