History

Kingdom Hearts

Merlin lives in Paso City. He lives in a house hidden in an underground lake behind a wooden door with a fire symbol, located in the third district of Ciudad de Paso. Live with the Fairy Godmother. Merlin also introduces Sora to the 100 Acre Forest. He offers help and advice to Sora and hands him the Examiner keychain.

Kingdom Hearts II

Merlin now lives in Hollow Bastion, which is being rebuilt. He lives in a large house that serves as the headquarters for the Hollow Bastion Restoration. Merlin is part of the commission, along with Leon, Yuffie, Aerith, and Cid. After meeting Sora, he grants him the element of ice. Later, he travels to Disney Castle with Sora and company, to open a magical door in the past. Merlin appears to have developed a rivalry with Cid, who prefers technology to magic, while Merlin prefers magic to technology.

The famous sorcerer from the Arthurian legend appeared in the Disney film "Merlin the Charming" (1963), based on the classic THWhite story of the same title that recounted the childhood of the future King of England. Merlin helped the strange "Wart" (Cricket) to become the legendary King Arthur.

Powers, appearance and personality

Merlin is an old wizard, who wears a long blue robe, with shoes and a hat of the same color, has white hair and a large beard that almost reaches the ground and that often causes him problems (in the film, for example, he is catches with the door or is wound on the propeller of a model airplane) also wears half-moon glasses and

The entry in Pepito's Diary describes him as the one who taught Donald what he knows about magic, however, as seen in the first game, Donald appears to have never met the wizard before their meeting in Ciudad de Paso in the time of delivery of the 100 Acre Forest storybook (perhaps the correct entry would be "Wizard who taught Sora how to perfect magic", since this is the role he plays in the first game).
