Momb

Momb is a minor character that appears in Angry Birds 2: The Movie, being Bomb's mother, who does not have a physical appearance, but has a little dialogue in the movie. Although it previously appeared in a Facebook post made by the official Angry Birds World account in Qatar, for Mother's Day during 2018, but without having a name assigned at that time. [1]

In the film, she lives together with Bomb on Bird Island, which she punishes him for exploiting, when Red and Leonard arrive, he runs away with them, making her angry.

Appearance

In his appearance presented in the Facebook post, Momb has a very similar appearance to that of his son Bomb, being of a large size, a little larger than Bomb. Momb is round and black in shape, as well as a gray belly like his son's. It differs from this by having a wick in the pink feather, and by using large red glasses, with highlighted eyelashes in its eyes. His appearance featured in the post has the design of Bomb in Angry Birds Toons. His appearance within the film is unknown.

In the movie, Momb appears to be an angry mother, especially when Bomb runs off with Red without her permission.

• Its appearance is very similar to that of Bomb, being Bomb one of the few birds which has registered relatives, which have appeared on screen.
• It is a play on words between Mom (Mom in English) and Bomb (bomb in English and character name)

• The character's appearance was shown during 2018, although his name was revealed in 2019 during the release of Angry Birds 2: The Movie.
