Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

Strange race with the particularity of being able to appear anywhere. The Moguris run shops in the Castle of Oblivion, where Sora can exchange cards that he no longer needs.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

The Moguris have Command Tents in all the worlds except two (Tower of Mysteries and Destiny Islands), making use of holograms for each of them except in the Radiant Garden shop, where we find the Moguri in person. In the Virtual Arena, the Moguri resident runs a "Medal Shop", where Medals earned in world minigames can be used to purchase rare items and commandos.

Kingdom Hearts

The Moguris only appear in Paso City, refugees from the destruction of their respective worlds of origin. After Sora uses the Stunt Trio in the Accessories Store, he will open a path to the Moguru Goldsmith, where they will accept his materials in order to craft various salvage items, accessories, and weapons.

According to a Moguri in the First District, Pinocchio enjoys touching the Moguri pompoms.

Moguri can appear in rooms where a Moguri card is used, and they will give you the option to trade with them and sell or obtain cards.

A Moguri appears with the black suit that Organization XIII normally wears, when Roxas addresses the moguri for the first time, he asks his name and after the answer he refuses to say his with the excuse that it does not matter.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

A pair of Moguris can be found around the Colosseum in the Fourth District of Paso City. As in other games, they have various stores based on holograms established by all the worlds.

Selphie's bag has a moguri clasp. There is also a Gummi Ship blueprint modeled after a Moguri.

From

The Moguris are a race of small creatures that originated from and appear primarily in the Final Fantasy franchise. They first appeared in Final Fantasy III and have appeared in almost every game in the franchise since. The Japanese name is an acronym for the Japanese words mogura (mole) and kōmori (bat), animals of which the Moguris display physical features. The Moguris are known to end many of their phrases with "kupó".

Each of the Kingdom Hearts II Moguri is named after a notable Moguri from the Final Fantasy series. Most of them are named after Moguris from Final Fantasy IX's Mogured service.
