Mother witch is a Clash Royale legendary rarity card that can be obtained from the Jungle Arena arena (Arena 9).

* The duration is of the curse effect, when a troop is under that effect and is defeated, it becomes a cursed Hog of the opposite side.

Strategy

Any cloned troop that defeats the Witch will become a cloned Cursed Hog. A cloned Mother Witch will spawn regular cursed pigs if she attacks uncloned troops.
Cursed Hogs cannot be cursed, but the Witch Mother herself is vulnerable to the curse.
The Mother Witch is good against swarm units because she has a fairly fast attack speed and can easily take them out and curse them all to create a huge army of Cursed Hogs. She is particularly effective against Skeletons and Bats, as she can defeat them in one hit (i.e. immediately create Cursed Hogs). However, it still does well against Minions or Goblins, who will take two hits, but Cursed Hogs can get more damage due to the swarm staying alive longer.
It has a good synergy with Shock or Snowball, to allow you to defeat Minions or Goblins in one hit.
The Mother Witch can be defeated by a Fireball or Poison of the same level. Therefore, it may be beneficial to pair Mother Witch with other cards vulnerable to Fire / Poison Ball such as Flying Machine or Magic Archer, so that the opponent cannot eliminate her so easily when she is deployed (by priming the Ball Fire / Poison).

It is not very effective when combined with area damage units, as it does not have area damage itself. Against swarms, you will only be able to curse one or two units, as the area damage unit will defeat them too quickly.
The best way to prevent damage to the Mother Witch's Crown Towers with Swarm Cards is to simply wait for her to focus on the Crown Tower and then deploy the swarm so she doesn't curse them. This avoids much more damage than attempting to swarm the Tower of Crowns as the Cursed Hogs will pile up quickly. However, if the swarm is large or bulky enough, such as a Skeleton Army or Barbarians, placing it on top of it will prevent further damage despite the curse effect, as the Cursed Hogs will also be defeated.
She wastes her potential when faced with tanks because it takes a long time to counter them by a single Cursed Hog.
The cursed effect does not stack. If two Mother Witches attack a single unit and the curse effect is triggered, only one Cursed Hog will appear.
Any troop that spawns other troops upon death will not spawn a Cursed Hog. For example, Elixir Golem, Elixir Golemites, and Golem do not become Cursed Hogs (they don't even show the tinge of being cursed), but Elixir Globs and Golemites do. Only the final stage of a troop can become a Cursed Hog. As such, the Wheeled Cannon can never be cursed as its final form is a structure, immune to the curse effect.

The Mother Witch was available prior to its general release as part of a Choice Challenge that began on December 7, 2020. Players who had won 7 times would receive a Mother Witch as a one-time reward.
January 4, 2021: It is released in a general way.
