    Puertas

    HR doors are items in Among Us that, when closed, prevent players from entering certain locations. The doors on each map have different properties, such as whether they open automatically or manually, and have different purposes, such as being used by Imposters to trap Crewmen.

    Summary

    Overview

    The Skeld

    In The Skeld, doors can be locked by Imposters using Door Sabotage. Players cannot open doors manually, as locked doors open 10 seconds after being Sabotaged or when an emergency meeting ends. Doors can be locked in: Cafeteria, Electricity, Lower Engine, Medical Wing, Security, Warehouse, and Upper Engine.

    In MIRA HQ, Door Tamper is not present, and the only doors are in Decon and Balcony. Doors in Decontamination are usually closed, but can be opened by using the nearby button, as long as no player is being decontaminated.

    On Balcony, there are two sets of clear glass doors that lead to Cafeteria. The doors will open automatically when a player approaches them. Any object can be seen on top of doors, regardless of vision.

    In Polus, most doors can be locked by impostors using Door Tampering. Players can open these doors manually by using them and then flipping four switches on a circuit breaker. The doors can be closed in: Communications, Electricity, Laboratory, O2, Office, Warehouse and Armament.



    Polus also contains Decontamination, which works in a similar way to MIRA HQ. The doors here are usually closed, but can be opened using the doors themselves, rather than a button near them.

    The Airship

    The Airship, like Polus, has manual doors that must be opened if they were closed via Door Tamper. However, instead of switches, the doors are opened by swiping a card similar to Swipe. The doors can be closed in: Staterooms, Main Room, Infirmary, Archive, Chamber, and the corridor that joins the Cabin and the Engine Room.


    The Airship also has Saloon doors that can be opened by players using the doors, similar to the decontamination doors in Polus. There are four doors that communicate with the stalls.

    The Airship also has special doors in Electricity that open or close randomly in a way that allows access to all rooms in Electricity independently. These doors remain closed until the game ends and cannot be opened in any way.


    Curiosities

    • If a player enters or exits Balcony through the left door, the player's color can be seen by others in the Medical Wing.
