If you are users of Fortnite Battle Royale and you enjoy the title with keyboard and mouse, surely you have wondered if there is any key configuration that allows you to build and select weapons faster than the one offered epic Games default. The answer, obviously, is yes, and we want to help you out and show you the fastest and most effective Fortnite shortcuts for building and selecting weapons.
For this we have made this new chapter of our Fortnite Battle Royale guide although before showing you our shortcuts we want to tell you that, of course, the button configurations are very personal. That we prefer to use the ones we give you below does not necessarily mean that they are the best Fortnite configurations. Try them and if they do not convince you, try to replace some of our shortcuts with other buttons until you find the configuration that best suits your style of play, but keeping in mind that the fastest and most efficient way to build and select weapons is surround the keys WASD (directional) with the commands you use the most.

Configuration 1
This configuration is designed to play with a gaming mouse that has more buttons than the basic ones (at least a couple of them).

Configuration 2
This configuration is designed to play with a normal mouse (with two buttons and a wheel). Of course, if you are regular PC players, we recommend you get a gaming mouse as soon as possible and use the first configuration to play Fortnite Battle Royale since you will have faster shortcuts.

Given these two options button settings for Fortnite Battle Royale, we want to give you one last tip that works for both of you. If jumping with the space bar on the keyboard is uncomfortable or means that you press any of the keys that we have configured on occasions, change the jump to the button of the mouse wheel. Thus, when pressing the wheel (not when turning it), your character will jump and you will have the fire button next to it to be lethal.
