Appearance

Tipper is a friesian cow who is white with a large black patch over her right eye and never appears to have her eyes fully open. She has long eyelashes and wears mascara, like most of the snooty villagers. She has yellow on the tip of her hooves and has yellow horns. The inside of her ears are light blue. Her initial shirt is the rainbow shirt. In New Horizons, her initial top is the purple retro sweater. Her color scheme is similar to Belle, a peppy cow in the early games.

Personality

Tipper has a snooty personality, which means she loves make-up and gossiping. As a snooty villager, Tipper will first appear rude and arrogant towards the player, often talking about herself and her own experiences. She also speaks about the style and appearance of other villagers, usually other female villagers such as normal, peppy, and other snooty villagers. She will soon warm up to the player, confiding in them about their own feelings but still keeping subtly rude. Tipper will not get along with lazy villagers due to them not caring about their appearance or the lazy villagers hating what she eats, and she won't get along with jock villagers because they will question her on her physical appearance and they won't worry about fashion. However, she will get along with cranky villagers due to their similar rude personalities, and usually normal villagers as well.

House

Tipper has no specific theme in her house. In City Folk, her original items are a kitchen sink, antique clock, white cosmos, cream sofa, classic bed, classic bookcase, and two bovoids, one tall and the other is a mega bovoid, which make a loud mooing noise (which reflect on her species). She has a phonograph which plays Soulful K.K.

In New Leaf, her house has more of a kitchen/bathroom theme, with household appliances such as the sewing machine, washing machine, bath tub and bathroom sink. Her phonograph is now replaced by a record player. She also has some of the minimalist series, a moth orchid and ebony piano.

Tipper's preferred theme is hip. Her profile says:
