Where to find the new excavation zone in Fortnite season 8
To find the excavation area you have to go to the perimeter of the desert area, in the northernmost part. If it serves as a reference, it is to the southwest of the pirate camp in the area. It is in the most rugged area, not in the desert (in the H7 grid of the map).
You will find it easily even from the sky because it is a closed area with white fences and excavators and trucks around.
The ground can be chipped, but it is indestructible, like season 7 ice, so at the moment it is impossible to know what mysteries it hides under it. It is possible that in the next few days or weeks a new cave or even underground area will be discovered on the map.
