    ― Étoile, New Leaf

    Étoile Gallery

Étoile (エトワール Etowāru?) is a normal sheep villager who debuted in New Leaf as part of the Welcome Amiibo update. She lives in a mobile home, but can be asked to move into your town. Her amiibo card is part of the Sanrio Amiibo card pack. Her name is the French word for 'star'. This is likely a reference to her respective Sanrio theme, Little Twin Stars.

Along with Cece, Chai, Chelsea, Epona, Felyne, Ganon, Inkwell, Marty, Medli, Rilla, Toby, Viché, and Wolf Link, Étoile is unable to be adopted while moving out of a town.

    She has the music hobby[1].

Étoile returned to New Horizons, as part of the Version 1.9.0 update on March 18th, 2021. By scanning amiibo cards, this villager can be met via the campsite and invited to the island.

    Étoile in New Leaf

Her appearance is based off of the Sanrio characters Kiki and Lala from the Little Twin Stars series.[2] She is mainly pink with purple wool, which has small flecks of yellow and pink. Her hooves are a darker pink. Her name, Étoile, means "pattern in the shape of a star". Her horns are yellow, and she wears a yellow headband with a pink and a blue star. Like all sheep (prior to New Horizons), she wears a scarf with the pattern of an in-game shirt, with her original top being the Kiki and Lala outfit. As of New Horizons, she wears the shirt normally.

    Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality. For more information, click here.

Étoile has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty and other normal villagers. Étoile may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Étoile will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.

    Pocket Camp

Étoile’s preferred theme is cute. Her profile says:

Inspired by Kiki and Lala, Etoile wants to make the world a better place. Of course, first she has to actually SEE the world. Hence the camper.

Initially, Étoile was a part of the six Sanrio villagers and was only available in the summer of 2019. But she is available from March 26th, 2021 to May 10th, 2021, she is now a treasure trekker and can be obtained by doing Gulliver’s Cargo Ship.
