We are in the army is a character introduced in Animal Crossing: Wild World. He is an insurance agent at Wild World, selling insurance and giving refunds for counterfeit paintings and other mishaps. In City Folk and New Leaf, he works for the Academy of Decorative Arts. At Happy Home Designer, he and his niece Nuria work for Nook Real Estate.

Appearance
Sisebuto is an otter with gray-blue fur and a white snout and breast. He has small, circular eyes with black irises, and his cheeks have small freckles, he also has long whiskers.
In Wild World, his outfit consists of a brown suit and large rimmed glasses, and he is seen carrying a briefcase. In City Folk and New Leaf, you have a black folder instead. He wears an Academy of Decorative Arts uniform consisting of a dark red blazer over a white shirt and yellow tie, with gray pants and brown shoes. He also wears this uniform in New Leaf as a representative of the Academy of Decorative Arts.
Personality
Sisebuto looks like a person who wants to convince you at all costs to take out insurance. When you have him hired, he will continue to chase you. He is a very persuasive person and often repeats us about the legitimacy of the insurance. At the AAD, he won't send you the score cards until you go to town and talk to him, thus having your permission to appraise the house and set the deal. He doesn't seem to like his job.

Animal Crossing: Wild World
Sisebuto makes his first appearance in Wild World working as an insurance salesman. He appears every Saturday outside the Player's home to conduct a survey. It will persistently follow the player if their request is not fulfilled.
The survey will initiate a "damage insurance policy" form once it has been completed. By paying 3.000 Berries, the player will receive insurance.
Insurance grants 100 Berries by mail for each misfortune. Misfortunes include tripping, being stung by bees, or receiving fake paintings (the latter after your second visit). The 100 Berries bonus can only be received once per day. An additional payment of 6.000 Berries the following Saturday will result in the player receiving compensation of 100 Berries if he purchases a counterfeit painting, but only if the painting itself is presented to Sisebuto.
Normal neighbors sometimes warn of a health insurance scam operating in the area, which is most likely a reference to Sisebuto. Some athletic neighbors talk about "muscle insurance."
A common rumor is that Sisebuto has ties to and even works with Ladino, although this is unconfirmed in-game.
Sisebuto will also appear at El Alpiste from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on a Sunday.
Animal Crossing: City Folk/Let's Go To The City
Sisebuto seems to have a more respectable job at City Folk, will mention how much he hates his new job, and frequently talks about his old "high-flying" lifestyle. He seems to be calmer, possibly to fit in with his new "happy" job and only refers to "bustin" once, if the Player refuses to join the AAD. When spoken to, his persistent nature leads him to keep talking to the player until he agrees to join the Academy of Decorative Arts. If the Player's house becomes the model room, he claims (if they decide to discuss the model room with him, not the evaluator) he will be trying to love his new job. An advertisement for the AAD, with his photo, can be seen on the bus, behind the Captain's seat.
He makes no reference to his past lifestyle in Wild World, save for his frequent complaints and mentions of his old office when the player first talks to him. He doesn't talk about Ladino or his Shop, which is located nearby, leading many to speculate that he was caught for fraud, and he has to work for the AAD, which explains why he doesn't enjoy his job. Sisebuto no longer visits El Alpiste in City Folk.
At the Academy of Decorative Arts headquarters, the player can also talk to Sisebuto to find out his current "AAD evaluation" or stop the weekly flow of evaluation cards.
It is suggested that he used to be a grave digger or fossil hunter, because if the player's house becomes the model room and he has a particularly valuable fossil, Sisebuto will say that he used to dig up bones in "the garden". .. not the backyard, the other patio ... ", which implies that it was a cemetery in which he used to dig.
Siseburo constantly says "Sure, sure." When the player asks about their last evaluation, they tell the player how many points they have earned for their house. (This will also be mentioned in a letter the player receives after the evaluation day.) Towards the end of the conversation, he will say "Ideas, do you have any? Good. Very good. Great. Sure, sure."
Animal Crossing: New Leaf
Sisebuto returns in New Leaf. He works with Tom Nook at his real estate agency, Nook Real Estate. He is in charge of the appearance of the Academy of Decorative Arts company and seems to enjoy his work more than City Folk. He is generally nicer, although he still makes some complaints about the fact that his co-workers are annoying. From time to time, when the player comes to ask about the evaluation of his house, the player has the option of asking Sisebuto, "What's new?" If this option is selected, Sisebuto will proceed to tell the player about his interactions with other shop owners on Main Street, such as Gandulio and the Handy Sisters (hinting at the relationship between the Handy Sisters and Tom Nook). This feature replaces the "episodes" that were removed from the previous two games.
Sisebuto also appears in an advertisement for the Academy of Decorative Arts that appears from time to time in the municipal Project of Video advertisement.

Animal Crossing: The Movie
Sisebuto makes a small appearance in Animal Crossing: The Movie. He is seen in the background of the fireworks festival when Totakeke sings on stage. He wears the same outfit as his appearance in Wild World. He does not speak and does not make another appearance in the film.
Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer
At Happy Home Designer, Sisebuto continues to work at Nook Real Estate. His niece Nuria is also working there.
