They certainly look alike, but we are not very clear that Epic Games was inspired by it. And it is that the Fortnite dance since it was launched has been related to Epic Sax Guy, an internet meme starring another saxophonist named Sergey Stepanov who became famous for his playing in the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest representing Moldova.

The two saxophonists have a very particular way of playing, and now it's Epic Games' turn to show where the dance came from.
