Types and levels of punishments
Punishments can be minor or major depending on the type of violation, some of these are only for a period of time.
Users who violate the Roblox Terms of Use receive one of the following penalties. By violating the Terms multiple times, they may receive penalties for IP.

Exploiting
Exploiting it is a major violation of the Terms of Use and results in a strong moderation action, depending on the type of the exploit. As mentioned above, these punishments are usually Poison Ban and new accounts can be created with just the use of VPN or restart of routers. With these last two, it is very difficult to catch an exploiter; emphasizing that most use secondary accounts for the use of these.
Similarly, there are other techniques that developers can use to identify exploiters.
An example is the game Sword Fight on the Heights IV (by Shedletsky), the game has an emblem "impossible" to get without exploiting. But if a user through an exploit manages to get this emblem, the user can receive a punishment, regardless of its degree, from a warning to the total deletion of the account.
Incidents
Private servers
If an account is punished or terminated and has an active subscription to a private server, it will continue to be debited each renewal date, that is, the account will be punished losing Robux. The bug is said to have been fixed in early September 2020.
Audio Refund Incident
On July 4, 2018, multiple accounts received penalties for "Unauthorized / Disputed Charges" after intentionally receiving double refunds from Robux for uploading unauthorized audios. Most of these punishments were permanent, and Roblox announced that the user could appeal the error. This error is said to have occurred again in 2020.
Accidental incident
On October 17, 2018, multiple accounts received removal for violation of the Roblox Terms of Use. Initially, it affected bot users, but it also affected innocent users, such as well-known developers and exchangers. All punishments were received at 4:51:49 pm (GMT -5)
URL error
From the beginning of September 2020, visiting the site "www.roblox.com/not-approved" throws the warning or punishment, with the new design.
Similarly, when trying to enter "https://www.roblox.com/Membership/NotApproved.aspx?ID=" it will throw the same warning or punishment with the previous design. This error has been corrected between the end of September and the beginning of October 2020.
Sudden exploiting punishment
On April 24, 2020, several users received punishments for exploiting. Some users were innocent, and most of the users punished were for the use of FPS unlockers, leaving Roblox to accept consensus. This wave of punishments was effective between 9:38 and 9:42 am (PDT).
Appeals and Premium Membership
Users who want a moderation appeal action can do so by submitting a ticket to Roblox Support. If the punishment was considered unfair or in error, the user will be appealed and will be able to reactivate their account. Several users consider the appeals system unfair, as some appeals have a very minimal appeal rating, especially for users with very few connections. Users with Roblox Premium who have been removed, will receive an additional alert informing the expiration date of the membership and how to contact Roblox to cancel the membership, if the player decides.

Curiosities
- According to Shedletsky, the first user with problems was found on October 17, 2006. It is unknown which user it was. [1]
- The new design, which includes the Gotham font, was introduced in August 2020. In September 2020, it supports dark design, the Spanish language, and the Robux balance appears in "?" since the virtual economy system has been deactivated.
