A few weeks ago we told you that the next generation editions of both CD Projekt RPGs could be delayed to 2022. However, it seems that the Polish studio work on multiple projects at the same time... beyond the expansions for Cyberpunk 2077.
In recent days, it has been discovered a job offer from CD Projekt, which points to the company's next game. Specifically, the creators of Cyberpunk 2077 seek an open world designer.
The offer description indicates that CD Projekt is developing a new CRPG, that is, a fantasy role-playing game for PC and consoles. Considering that Cyberpunk 2077 will receive two expansions in the coming months, this could refer to The Witcher.
With the Wild Hunt versions for PS5 and Xbox Series X | S in development, there are few indications that CD Projekt is already working on The Witcher 4. It is the most emblematic IP of the study, and they have already passed six years from launch de The Witcher 3.
The truth is that The Netflix series and the hit Wild Hunt have raised the popularity of the saga by Geralt de Rivia. This is the best scenario for the return of the franchise, while a part of the team continues to support Cyberpunk 2077.
