Cyberpunk 2077 is coming out on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. Nevertheless, versions optimized for next gen, with ray tracing effects and all those things (which at the moment are exclusive to RTX) will come out in 2021, and you can upgrade for free from the old gen to the next gen.
