    Cyberpunk 2077 receives patch 1.23 with numerous gameplay, stability, and mission-specific bug fixes, in time for its return to the PS Store.

    CD Projekt RED have today launched a new patch for cyberpunk 2077, 1.23, just in time for the game's return to the PlayStation Store. Numerous mission-specific bugs and issues are fixed, as well as improved stability and various optimizations. 



    The patch is for all versions of the game on consoles and PC. Here's a look at the most prominent patch notes (you can check them all here):

    Gameplay

    • Fixed a bug where when killing an NPC and stealing their car, their body was still stuck in the car.
    • Adam Smasher will no longer take damage during animations between his attack phrases.
    • Fixed a bug where casting an NPC body caused too much destruction.

    Visual

    PC specific

    • Fixed a bug where you couldn't click on our menu while playing in 1280x720 resolution
    • Fixed a bug where the game would not respond when activating Fullscreen and Window mode with Alt + Enter
    • On Steam, changing the language to "default" will put it in the language of the Steam user

    Xbox specific

    • Fixed a bug when logging out during a cinematic transition made the game unresponsive
    • Fixed a bug where the pause menu would come out on its own again if the pause menu and Xbox guide were closed at the same time

    The last Cyberpunk 2077 update, hotfix 1.22, was in late April. With the arrival of patches that improve the state of the game, and especially the return of the game to the PS Store, CD Projekt RED hopes that game sales recover.
