You should go to Ostentatious Oasis, in the southernmost part of the area. You will see a high cliff, with what looks like a handful of caravans embedded in the ground. You must dance in that area, right between the caravans. The place is on the map that we indicate here below. Ideally, fall into the area from the battle bus, as it is an elevated area and if not, you will have to build.
