In a lengthy statement, the Fortnite team has offered data on the new matchmaking system, the combined game mode and the latest news regarding the bots that should be introduced in the games.

Matchmaking system
The change in the matchmaking system, which stops taking into account user platforms, has already been made effective in several regions in solo mode and will hit duos mode this week. Epic Games has communicated that they are aware of user discrepancies and that matchmaking system takes console variations into account to offer a level gaming experience.
