Goblins with spear is a common rarity card in Clash Royale that can be obtained from the Arena Duende Stadium (Arena 1).

Details

It can be obtained from chests after reaching Arena 1.
Deploy three fast, single-target, mid-range Goblins with low hit points and very low damage.
It takes 2 units of elixir to set up this card.
They are similar to the Common Goblins, but they are taller and thinner than these, they have more pointed ears, they wear a kerchief according to the color of the team, they carry a bag with spears tied with ropes behind their backs, and they always have a wooden spear in her hands.

Strategy

Spear Goblins are a cheap card that can provide both air and ground support as well as being able to distract ground troops, but the player should be aware that they will be instantly eliminated by any harmful spells. Being completely dependent on this card to defend or distract enemy troops can be dangerous if the opponent has any of these spells.
- Mini Tanks play well alongside Spear Goblins, allowing the trio to take down heavier units that would otherwise eliminate them immediately, such as a Baby Dragon.
Compared to other cards that deploy multiple units like Goblins and Skeletons, Spear Goblins are better at stopping troop advancement with a slow movement speed like PEKKA, as they will stay in place while dealing damage to the enemy to distance.
Due to their low elixir cost, Spear Goblins are a great option when slowing down a Prince's charge. In fact, Goblins with Spear, with the help of two Towers, can eliminate a Prince. The player must place the Goblins with Spear in the center of their side of the arena. When the Prince attacks the Goblins with Spear, the second Tower will also attack the Prince, eliminating him.
Spear Goblins can support troops with high hit points like the Giant, because for just 2 elixir, they can add considerable damage per second to any enemy defensive unit and are not as vulnerable to area damage while behind a tank like Goblins due to their rank.
Spear Goblins combined with the damage from a Princess Tower can prevent a Bombastic Balloon from damaging the Tower with its powerful attack, only damaging it with its deadly damage. This is not a bad elixir trade, as the defender will have a 3 elixir advantage.
Spear Goblins can prevent a lot of damage from a Graveyard to a Princess Tower, as a Spear Goblin can kill a Skeleton with a single attack, but due to their low attack speed they won't be able to kill all of them.
The Bolt and The Trunk are extremely effective at eliminating enemy Spear Goblins because the price of these spells is equivalent to that of Spear Goblins (2 elixir). However, the player must be careful about when to use the Bolt, as the opponent can take advantage of this and use cards where using the Bolt would have been a better option, such as the Horde of Minions or the Barrel of Goblins.
The Miner has good synergy with the Spear Goblins in a counterattack, as the Miner will absorb all the damage allowing the Spear Goblins to deal heavy damage if the opponent doesn't eliminate them.

Curiosities

Spear Goblins, along with Skeletons and Bats, are the unit that do the least damage (at 1st level they inflict 32).
It is one of the 8 cards related to the Goblins, the others being the Goblins, the Giant Goblin, the Gang of Goblins, the Goblin Thrower, the Barrel of Goblins, the Hut of Goblins, and the Strongman's Cage.
Spear Goblins have the lowest damage per second of all ranged attack troops in the game.
