Hades He is the main antagonist of the Olympus Coliseum. He is the lord of the dead.

In Kingdom Hearts he blackmailed Cloud into giving him back his Light if he defeated Hercules and Sora.

In Kingdom Hearts II he also blackmailed someone, in this case Auron, but then Auron understood what Hades wanted from him and switched sides.

Kingdom Hearts

Lord of the Underworld. Use the Heartless to conquer the world. He intended to get rid of Herc and Sora, but all his plans against them ended in failure.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

Sora

He is the lord of the Underworld. Hades can't stand Hercules. He made Cloud challenge Hercules to death, but we ended his conspiracy.

Riku

Lord of the Underworld who wants to be the master of everything. He appears before Riku as a sign of the indelible darkness of his heart.

He is the Lord of the Underworld. The last time Sora and his friends crossed paths with him, he was trying to take over the world using the Heartless, but the three friends and Hercules put an end to his plans. However, Hades will always be evil and will not rest until sending Hercules to the Underworld for all eternity.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

Terra and Aqua

Hades is the terrible Lord of the Underworld. Devious and calculating as he is alone, he uses his vile eloquence to dupe warriors and use them for his dark goings-on.

Kingdom Hearts Re:coded

God of the Underworld who once reigned over the worlds. He cannot see Hercules even in painting. He plots to defeat him by using the anomalies created by the bugs that ravage the Colosseum to his advantage and tricking Cloud. His plans fail with Sora's intervention.

History

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

In this game he is the antagonist of the Olympus Coliseum in the Terra and Aqua stories. In the story of Terra, he manipulates Zack into fighting him and in the story of Aqua, Hades fights with her accompanied by the Ice Titan.

Kingdom Hearts

In Kingdom Hearts when Sora arrives at the Olympus Coliseum, Fil refuses to fight, then Hades gives Sora a fight pass, this comes because he wants to eliminate him and he thought that the easiest way was in tournaments. Besides personally Hades wants to eliminate Hercules and for this he uses Cloud.

After eliminating him in Position 10 of the Hades Cup, it is seen that he is locked behind the fence of the arena with the other elemental monsters.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

Hades appeared as a result of Sora's memories and as proof of Riku's darkness. The God of the Underworld hires Cloud to kill Hercules and had him register for the games to become the champion. Later, when Cloud reveals that he had to get rid of Sora to regain his memory, Hades' plan fails and he decides to eliminate Hercules by himself, without the intervention of his "apprentice". Luckily, Sora and his companions intervened and managed to defeat Hades.

Kingdom Hearts II

In Kingdom Hearts II he revives Auron who was a prisoner in hell and demands that he defeat Hercules, however he reveals himself to Hades telling him not to interfere in his story and escapes from hell. Shortly after, Hades kidnaps Meg, Hercules' girlfriend, and sets up a trap in the coliseum, which had been left unprotected, summoning a Hydra. Hercules manages to save Meg but does not arrive in time to avoid the destruction of the Colosseum, thus losing his heroic strength since his heart had been turned off.

On the second visit it is discovered that Hercules has been called to participate in the Underworld Cup. Knowing that this could not survive Sora, and company go after him and manage to recover the doll that was holding Auron prisoner under the orders of Hades. Upon reaching the final room, Hades is seen enjoying the fight between Hercules and Auron on his throne with full advantage of the second. Sora throws the doll and frees Auron from his prison. Then angrily the King of Hell throws Meg into the Underworld and fights Sora, who cannot do anything to harm him as he is invincible in Hell. Fortunately, Hercules regains the light of his hero's heart after saving Meg and manages to put an end to Hades' invulnerability. After being defeated, he appears as the host of the last Hell Cup. If you go to his room, he will allow you to fight, after having passed the previous cups and having obtained the respective trophy.

Kingdom Hearts coded

A digital version of Hades is created by Jiminy's Diary. The God of the Underworld hires Cloud to kill Hercules, promising that he will travel to other worlds and that he will tell him the "secret of heroes", but Cloud ends up abandoning. So Hades ends up sending Cerberus to attack Hercules, Sora, and Cloud, but the three-headed dog was defeated by the three heroes. Therefore, Hades lost the fight.

Kingdom Hearts III

Appearance

Hades is a tall man with light blue skin, greenish lips and yellowish teeth. His hair is made up of a blue fire, his eyes are yellow and he wears a black robe, typical of Greek monks. When he gets angry his skin turns red, the fire turns orange and spreads to his arms and back. His eyes are wide open, since when he is calm he has them half open expressing a constant carelessness, boredom and disinterest.

Personality

Hades has a peculiar personality, he is sarcastic, goofy and ironic, he gets to enjoy dramas and also speaks with a very carefree voice. He is always making jokes like when he gets angry saying "I'm on fire". His face always shows him as someone who is getting bored and needs fun, this is why many times he sends monsters to fight, not only to eliminate Hercules but to have fun for a while. He has an "explosive" character, getting angry and destroying what he finds around him, but if he sees something that may be useful to him, he immediately calms down and begins to blackmail people. Blackmail seems to be another of his qualities in daily life, in addition to deception and the thirst for power.

Powers and abilities

His powers do not vary much in the games where he performs. He always starts off in a calm state, circling and moving across the field, while attacking with fireballs and punches. After hitting him several times he will activate his 'anger' (in the first game it is possible to hit him). He will repeat these steps until you defeat him.

In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories he can launch walls of fire in this state, in addition to being faster than before, while in Kingdom Hearts II he is immune unless the bubbles provided by Hercules are thrown at him.

His greatest power is immortality, even if you defeat him always, he will not die since he is a God.

Hades is the only character who justifies his appearances in all the installments in which he appears, since being a god he is immortal.
Hades has always used Final Fantasy characters to defeat Hercules (Cloud, Auron, and Zack).
Whenever Hades has a prisoner, he chooses it for his past, his light, or his memories, and they are almost always defeated and get what they seek.
Despite being the god of the Underworld, he proved not to be as bad as he seemed, as Maleficent can be more cruel than him.
He is always in the Underworld, where he is invincible.
His helpers are Pain and Panic, which are causes of death in real life.
Its name comes from the Greek god Hades, brother of Zeus (god of lightning and head of Olympus) and of Poseidon, god of the seas. Hades was tasked with ruling the Underworld.
In Kingdom Hearts II he is informed by Pete that the Keyblade can open any lock, which impresses him. However, Hades should already know this information because in the past he belonged to the Council of Villains and these, thanks to Maleficent, knew the Keyblade very well.
