Hit a player with a tomato from 15m away or more is another of the challenges of the recently released Week 3 of Season 6 of Fortnite. A relatively simple challenge to achieve, although it is worth knowing that, in order to overcome it, you must meet two prerequisites.
If you do not know how tomatoes are thrown in Fortnite, the most obvious requirement is that you must have the "premium" battle pass, the paid one that gives us access to the "golden" challenges, those that are in the lower half of the week 3 challenges menu.
The second requirement is that you must have played long enough to have reached level 28 of the battle pass, which is the level at which the tomato is unlocked. If you meet both requirements, then you can meet go for the challenge hits a player with a tomato from 15m away or more.

Like the other toys, if you have already reached level 28, you can find and equip the tomato from the locker, and you can use it in the same way as the dances, the golf ball and the other toys in the game, from the contextual menu that appears by pressing down on the crosshead (it can be another, depending on the settings and the platform).
With the tomato in hand, it is more than recommended that you use the reticle to aim before launching it (you will have to aim upwards). As the title of the challenge advances, any player is valid, it does not have to be an enemy and, therefore, you can throw it to a squadmate or your team in 50 vs 50 modes. Just hit one of them to get the challenge . Easy right?
