Like any good role-playing game, all your decisions affect the story of Cyberpunk 2077, and as such your experience can change completely between one game and another. Even the beginning of the game varies depending on the character you decide on, which encourages replayability to see all branches of the story ... and all endings.
In this list we will see all endings available in Cyberpunk 2077, and what requirements you must meet to see them. Obviously, if you do not want to condition yourself on your first trip to Night City, you may prefer to discover them on your own. SPOILERS from here, of course. How to unlock all Cyberpunk 2077 endings, including the secret
The endings of Cyberpunk 2077 depend on the secondary missions that we have completed. To get the best endings, before entering Nocturne OP55N1 and contemplate the city with Misty (later the game warns us that it is a point of no return) we have to make sure that we have completed as many secondary missions as possible.
In particular we have to fulfill the story arc of Panama, meeting nomads, and getting along with Johnny Silverhand. To improve the relationship with Johnny (the character played by Keanu Reeves) it is important to complete the secondary missions of Rogue and control our responses in the dialogues.
Here we summarize the different endings that can be achieved in Cyberpunk 2077. Again, stop reading if you do not want to make a huge spoiler about the story. These missions depend on how we answer Johnny in our moment of meditation, on the roof.
Trust Arasaka
After taking the Omega Blockers and completing the final mission at Arasaka HQ, V appears on the Arasaka orbital station. Hellman gives us the opportunity to decide what will happen to us, Each of the two options represents a different ending.
We can sign a contract with the corporation and participate in the Arasaka pilot program, so that our engram will be stored in Mikoshi, a storehouse of souls, trusting that one day it will be possible to install this information in a new body.
The alternate ending is to refuse to sign the contract. Hellman will explain to us that we have 6 months to live to enjoy in Night City. V collects his things and returns to Earth to resolve his unfinished business. But actually the game ends here, and we can't play during that period. We can go back to the point before the last mission to try to achieve a different ending.
Ask for help from Panama
This is the Cyberpunk 2077 "good ending". And for this we have to follow the Panama story arc and carry out the assault on the tower of Arasaka together with the Aldecaldo (a band of nomads) with the Basilisk tank. Saul will make us band members, and Panama will give us a band jacket (which we can use later in Night City).
After showdown with Adam Smasher, one of the toughest enemies in the game, and finding ourselves in cyberspace with Johnny and Alt Cunningham, we again have an option, to obtain two different endings:
We can return to Earth in our body (taking into account that the days will be numbered) and escape with the Aldecaldo, who know someone who can help us. If we have developed a relationship with Judy (we have to be a female character) He will also accompany us away from Night City.

Assault Arasaka with Johnny and Rogue
This ending is similar to the previous one, but in this case they are Johnny Silverhand and Rogue who carry out the assault on Arasaka and the final fight against Adam Smasher (with tragic consequences). In order for it to be available, we have to have cultivated a good relationship with Johnny.
After carrying out the attack on Arasaka, again we have to decide between two options, which lead to two different endings. We can allow Johnny to take over and have V become part of Alt's construct in cyberspace, following the destruction of Mikoshi. As in the previous case, we have the possibility to play some quests as Johnny.
The second possibility is to return to Earth as V, knowing that we do not have much life left.
Cyberpunk 2077's "bad" ending
An unusual choice of Getting to the end of Cyberpunk 2077 is about finishing on the fast track. In our dialogue with Johnny on the roof, we can choose to drop everything, throw the pills, and end our life. If we choose this option, during the credit titles we can listen the character calls with whom we have shared so many moments during the game.
Cyberpunk 2077 secret ending
There is an alternate ending to the game that is a bit more difficult to unlock. We have to follow the same conversations as to assault Arasaka with Johnny and Rogue, but Before we allow Johnny to take control and take the pill, we must wait, looking between the gun next to us and Silverhand himself.
Eventually, Johnny takes control of the conversation and offers to lead the assault alone (thus avoiding one of the deaths that occur in the "standard" ending).
