In the first Kingdom Hearts, Last Arcane is a special ability that is activated by selecting "Arcane" (アルカナム Arukanamu?) In the Commands. After a seven-hit start, the command "Hit" (ブレイク Bureiku ?, lit. "Break") will appear. Your selection will keep Sora executing the combos. After five successful Strike attacks, the command "Finisher" (ジ · エンド Ji Endo ?, lit. "The End") will appear, causing the combo to go off in one jump. The ability consists of 4 AP to equip it and 3 MP to use it.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Last Arcana is about an Attack Stunt. After the initial seven-hit combo, up to six additional attacks can be delivered and added by pressing Last Arcane with the correct timing. In Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, additional attacks are added by pressing when requested. Pressing the button at the wrong time cancels the combo.

Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix

In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Ultimate Arcane is an Action Skill that can be accessed by selecting "Arcane" from the Sum Menu when in Sum Form. After the start of seven strikes, up to five additional attacks can be added that can be used with the Reaction Command "Shake", followed by the final blow, which is activated by the Reaction Command "Finish". Its usage cost is 75 PM.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Last Arcane is a first-class Strike Commando that occupies two slots, has a maximum level of 6, has a normal cooldown of 25 seconds, and fills the command prompt by 6%. This version of the combo includes more stunts and removes more VT.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Last Arcana is an Attack Commando that uses two slots on the Command Deck, and has a reload time of 36 seconds. It can only be used by Sora.

Last Arcanum gets its name from the Latin Arcanum, which means "technique", "skill" or "art" and arcanum meaning "secret". Its Japanese name is "Last Arcanum", which means "Last Secret".
