Mini-resetti is an exclusive item from Animal Crossing: City Folk (Latin version only) and is obtained on Groundhog Day by talking to Tortimer. In the Spanish version of this game (Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City) it cannot be obtained because the event in which it is obtained (Groundhog Day) was suppressed. That is why the object is called Mini-Resetti and not Mini-Rese T. Ado (or Mini-Rese T.), since in the Latin version of this game, Rese T. Ado, like the rest of the characters and neighbors, it has its name in English (due to a bad translation) and it's called Resetti.
Appearance
It's basically a smaller sculpture of the Rese T. Ado character, the character who comes to yell at you every time you exit the game without saving. It consists of a wooden base on which there is a small Rese T. Ado (with the lower part as hidden under the ground, as always) with a raised pick and his miner's helmet.
Obtaining
Obtained in Animal Crossing: City Folk on February 2 (Groundhog Day), by talking to Tortimer. Then he will give it to you and you can do whatever you want with it. We repeat that in the Spanish version of this game (Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City) it cannot be obtained because the event in which it is obtained (Groundhog Day) was suppressed.
