Each filtering bag Oneirids (ド リ ー ム イ ー タ ー Dorīmu Ītā?) Are the main enemies of the game Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, as well as the main supporting characters. There are two types: those who "eat good dreams and plant nightmares", known as Terrors, and those who "eat nightmares", known as Lucientes. Nomura has said that, not only are there many types of Oneirids, (Square Enix revealed that over 50 different types of Lucents can be hired, and they can help provide Sora and Riku with abilities, as well as aid in combat. , the colors of the Oneirids in their team can be customized) but Sora and Riku will be able to collect Terror-type Oneirids and convert them to Lucient-type, with which they can serve as allies.

Appearance
There are two types of Dreams: Lucient and Terrors. They all appear to be of animal origin, similar to some Heartless. Lucients are generally light-colored, very striking, and have black eyes with the "+" symbol in their pupils (not all). Terrors, on the other hand, are darker in color, similar to Heartless, but their eyes are red, rather than bright yellow, and become darker towards the center.

Curiosities
- The original names of the Lucientes are formed, for the most part, by the name of the animal they represent in Japanese, followed by the name in English. Example: Neko Cat (Cat), Kuma Panda (Panda Bear), or Komory Bat (Bat), among others.
- The Lucents that are not formed in the previous way, are formed by a word that represents something striking about their appearance (it can also refer to what they do in the game) such as: Hari Lion (Lion Needles) for his mane pointed that stands out from the rest of the body, Kaeru Chef (Cook Frog).
- Terror names are made up of the Japanese name and environment in which the animals are present in real life, followed by the English name. Example: Ice Penguin (Ice Penguin) for the cold environment where it is found, among other names.
- The final boss of the game that Riku faces is the Armor of Ventus possessed by a Terror (Terror Armor of Ventus), and the one that controls it is Sora's heart that got inside it to protect himself from the Darkness he had in its interior.
- Riku has the symbol of the Lucents on the back of his shirt from his adventure in the dream world, representing the fact that he is like a good Oneirid, who protects his closest friends from Terrors, in Sora's case, of the Terror in which the New Organization XIII had imprisoned him.
- Hooded Terror has the symbol of the Terrors on his back as Riku has the symbol of the Lucents on his, representing the fact that he is a Terror.
- Their designs seem to be based on alebrijes crafts.
