The recycling bin (Recycling Bin In English), also called a garbage container / bin, it is an object that is in the town hall that serves to get rid of what you do not want, at the same time that you can take what others no longer wanted. This appears from Animal Crossing: Wild World, replacing the Landfill of the previous games.
Usage and Features
The recycling bin contains all the objects that the player and the neighbors do not want. Pressing 
on it, the player will be able to open it and see what is in it, leave objects, or collect them. It is similar to Lost and Found, but Lost and Found are random items. Another difference between the recycling container and lost property is that the recycling container, every Monday and Thursday at 6:00 am will be emptied (a garbage can will have taken what was there).
Appearance
The recycling container will have the base, which is in contact with the ground, colored green. All the faces will be white, except for the cover, which will be green with the remains of a fish drawn. In that respect, it is similar to the Raspa Suit.
Neighbors throwing things
Neighbors, as mentioned before, can also drop things, randomly. But ... how to make them throw things on purpose? If the neighbor has an object in his house that interests you, just make him throw it into the recycling bin. To do so, you must accept when they propose exchanges of objects, buy objects, and above all, send them letters with gifts. Why? If a neighbor receives gifts, he will put them in his house, until they do not fit. Then they will start throwing their furniture into the recycling bin to make room. They will consider what you give them more important than their own objects. This trick is widely used with the neighbor Elvis, who is the only one who owns the Throne (even two sometimes), a very expensive object that is worth 800.000 berries and that will give a lot of atmosphere to a house or can be sold for a lot of money.
