Red (Red Cardoil version) is the main character of the Angry Birds Universe and leader of the flock of Angry Birds. Red, whose real name is Jerry, is a red cardinal with a great temperament who cares for his loved ones, going so far as to exaggerate many times in their care.

Description
Red is a circular red cardinal without wings; he and Terence are the only wingless of their kind (until they met Ruby). Its plumage is approximately crimson red, with six dark spots around its eyes, the lower part of its body is light beige, and its eyebrows are black. His eyes are brown.
Personality
Red is incredibly responsible and dedicated, being very detailed in almost everything. If someone ruins something Red is doing, they will erupt in irrepressible fury. Red suffers from temperament issues, causing him to get angry about almost anything, no matter how insignificant. Despite that, Red is very encouraging and heroic, willing to do whatever it takes to protect his loved ones, no matter the threat.
Biography
Childhood
Red was born on December 13, 1985 in an aviary in Manhattan. Red or Jerry (name given by his parents Harold Cardoil and Emma Cardoil). He spent his childhood discriminated against by other birds due to its peculiar circular shape, which other children made fun of. However, Red and Terence always looked out for each other and vowed that one day they would escape the aviary in search of a place where they would be accepted. Both brothers spent the time playing hide and seek, boat and jump around the branches. One day Red found an abandoned slingshot in a bush and Red was curious about its use. Terence came up with the idea of using it to fly like the other birds, to which Red agreed, becoming his favorite game. At age 12, Red was invited by Terence to a party with his friends; Red didn't feel safe at first, but he agreed. However, Derek, Terence's new "friend," betrayed the brothers and tried to kidnap them to sell them on the black market. Harold and Emma noticed their children's absence and went looking for them. Meanwhile, Red and Terence defended themselves as best they could from Derek, until they were able to escape to an abandoned building on the coast. Their parents heard their children's cries for help, so they escaped from the aviary to come to their rescue. However, Derek manages to demolish the building where Red and Terence were.
