Ro-Bio 2 it was a scientific experimentation game created by MemeNicoi. It is a remake of the original Ro-Bio game, with some features removed to make the game more appropriate. After being removed from Roblox for "being almost identical to its predecessor." But its creator, MemeNicoi, decided to change the subjects for aliens and change the game to Ro-Bio Space. Because this is a game with the same link as Ro-Bio 2, this is also under review.

Gameplay
Ro-Bio 2 was a remake of Ro-Bio and was almost the same as the original, although some things have been changed so that Roblox does not remove this game:
Test subjects
- Now they are called "Inmates" instead of "Humans", and now they wear orange clothes instead of pajamas.
- The buttons on the control panel "Remove Human" and "Rope Human" have been renamed to 'Remove Inmate' and 'Hold Inmate'.
- Subjects no longer make death threats when infected by certain viruses, but instead tell jokes.
- Subjects are hung by the shoulders rather than the head.
- Subjects (and players) die from acid rather than gas.
Others
- The Gas Mask pass has been replaced by the Anti Acid Suit pass, which performs the same function as the mask when cleaning the cell.
Problems
- Ro-Bio 2 was temporarily indicated as "Under Review" on August 3, 2018. Nicoi has confirmed that this is due to the SCP Containment Breach logos located on the back of the subjects' overalls. After several weeks of waiting, Nicoi received a message of the elimination of his game for being almost identical to the original. After this, Ro-Bio Space will become the only Ro-Bio game.
