Selphie He is a character originally from Final Fantasy VIII, as well as a co-star in the same game that appears in the Kingdom Hearts saga. She is 13 in Kingdom Hearts and in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, while in Kingdom Hearts II she is 14.
