Shenzi, Banzai y Ed They are three hyenas henchmen of Scar who help him for fear of killing Mufasa. They first appear in Kingdom Hearts II.

When Sora, Donald and Goofy arrive in the Lands of the Realm, Shenzi, Banzai and Ed want to eat them for lunch, but fearing Scar they decide to leave them and fulfill their mission. They were later glad that the three companions were their prey again, but unfortunately for them, Nala shows up and helps Sora and company.

Later, when Simba returns, the hyenas attempt to kill him under Scar's orders to regain the throne. When Timon, Pumbaa, Sora, Donald, and Goofy appeared, they had no choice but to flee.

Second visit to Pride Lands

The three hyenas learned that the Ghost of Scar had appeared and that Simba no longer had courage. When Simba asks them about the ghost, they try to run away but eventually end up confessing that they knew nothing about that ghost.

Personality

Shenzi is a female hyena, she seems the most intelligent of the group and dominates over the others.

Banzai is a male hyena, he is very cowardly and seems to be very dominated by Shenzi.

Ed is the least intelligent of the group, does not contribute any ideas and is always smiling.
