Selling items at any of the T&N stores will give the player 20% less money than at Recycling Gear, as Tendo and Nendo resell the item to Recycling Gear and take a cut from the sale price of any item. The catalog
Aside from selling items from the shop, the Nook cufflinks give the player access to their own personalized catalog, from which the player can order any item that has passed through their pockets. Anything that was never held there will be featured, but rare items, fossils, fish, etc., cannot be ordered. When purchased, the item will arrive in the mail at 9:00 AM or 17:00 PM. Up to ten items can be ordered in a time between shipments. The catalog is available when the player has upgraded to Merca T&N.

Store T and N
T&N Store is the first stage of T&N stores. It is open from 08:00 to 22:00, unless the player changes the City Ordinance either to get up early or nightlife, with the ordinance to get up early, the store opens at 06:00 or with the town ordinance night closes at 00:00 at night.
The store has a limited range of products for sale. They sell only two tools, two pieces of furniture, a wrapping paper, a fortune cookie, and a notepaper.
It is very similar in appearance to the Nook Warehouse, which appeared in previous games. This may mean that it shares a similar history of being an old garden shed that belonged to Tortimer when he was mayor of the city. It resembles a shed made with wooden boards and metal sheets for a roof. It is also the only T&N store to have a traditional hinged door, with the other stores having either automatic doors or a revolving door.
The player must have spent 10.000 Berries towards their mortgage, 12.000 Berries in the store, and have had the store for 10 days before the T&N Store is upgraded to Merca T&N.
Buy T&N
Merca T&N is the first improvement for T&N Stores. For the store to expand, the player must spend 12.000 Berries worth of items in T&N Stores and have waited 10 days after the store was created in order to upgrade. It is the only T&N store to be open until midnight every day, and even later if the player has chosen Nightlife opening hours according to city ordinance, which keeps it open until 05:00.
Merca T and N
The store is similar in appearance to Super Nook, which appeared in the previous one of the games. It has automatic doors and a mostly glass facade. It is also the only T&N store to have a sign on a pole, with the other stores having their signs either on the roof of the building or attached to the front.
To upgrade to Super T&N, the player must spend 25.000 Berries in the store and have had the store open for at least 10 days. The garden store must also have been built in the city, and have been open for at least 10 days.
Super T&N
Super T and N
Super T&N is the second expansion of the T&N stores. To upgrade to this store, the player must spend at least 25.000 Berries in Merca T&N and have had it open for a minimum of 10 days. The garden store must also have been built in the city, and have been open for a minimum of 10 days. It is not always open like the T&N Market, but it can be made to stay open until midnight if the player has chosen the Nightlife option in the City Ordinance. It opens from 09:00 to 20:00.
The store is similar in appearance to HiperNook retaining the green features, glass facade, terrace and automatic doors. It also has the furniture leaf sign on the ceiling.
To upgrade to Brico T&N, the player must have spent at least 50.000 Berries and had the store open for at least 21 days.
Brico T&N
Brico T&N is the fourth T&N store in the game, with the previous store being Super T&N and the update being s T&N. To upgrade to Brico T&N, the player must spend a total of 50.000 Berries on Super T&N and 21 days have passed since the store opened.
Brico T and N
A notable change from the outside of the store is that Tendo and Nendo's Gardening and Store are now merged together into a larger building with two entrances, with one for each store. Gandulio manages to have his store merge with yours. From this reform, Gandulio's store will sell shrubs and also a daily indoor plant (the plant will change every day). The building is now red in color and retains the glass facade of the two previous stores.
To upgrade as T&N, the player must spend 100.000 Berries, and have had the store open for 30 days before the upgrade option is available. You also need to pass 4 Graciela fashion evaluations, which will eventually appear in your town (It will appear after you have spent 50.000 berries in this store).
s T&N
s T y N
s T&N is the largest and final expansion of the T&N stores. To upgrade to this store the player must have spent at least 100.000 Berries in Brico T&N and have successfully completed 4 Graciela Fashion tests. Brico T&N must also have been open for at least 30 days. It has a reduced hours, due to the size of the building and the variety of items available. It opens at 09:00 to 21:00 (without ordinance), but the opening and closing can be altered, depending on the Ordinance, so it closes at midnight if the option is "Nightlife", or opens at 06 : 00 if "A Madrugar" is the selected ordinance.
There are considerable changes compared to the previous T&N stores. It has a revolving door and small windows, boutiques ... The store is based on the curved design of the walls above the door, which is illuminated with large lamps. The garden store is now a part of the T&N store franchise, with no separate entrance at the front of the building.
In this expansion there are 3 plants in total. The ground floor has the main products, the first floor has a wide range of furniture. On the second floor, there is Graciela, with her store La Divina Graciela with her exclusive items.
