The problems for Cyberpunk 2077 and its creators, CD Projekt, continue to grow, now with a class action lawsuit that we already warned you about a few days ago. An American law firm has already launched it.

Not five days ago, we anticipated that the investors of CD Projekt were studying suing them. Well, the Rosen Law Firm of New York, has already filed the class action lawsuit against CD Projekt, the developer of Cyberpunk 2077, for the alleged violation of federal securities laws.

Announced through a press release, Rosen Law Firm has filed the class action lawsuit on behalf of the buyers who acquired securities of CD Projekt SA between January 16, 2020 and December 17, 2020, and seeks to "recover damages from CD Projekt investors under federal securities laws".

Something that collapsed the networks with messages, videos and images with the abundant bugs and errors, going viral all over the world.

We do not need to summarize what happened next, because it was the talk of the end of the year: first CD Projekt announced the return of the game, something that was not as fluid as expected, and that ended with Sony announcing the withdrawal of Cyberpunk 2077 from PS Store until it was repaired (Microsoft has not withdrawn it, but has warned of the problem), while CD Projekt opened a limited period to return the physical copies out of pocket as well. Even with everything, the game has more than 13 million copies sold after returns.
