A few days ago it was announced that the start of Season 4 of Apex Legends was already falling. The next 4 February, coinciding with the anniversary of the game, this fourth chapter of competitive games will arrive, and with it a new character called Forge. Or so we thought.
Respawn has released a cinematic trailer related to this fighter. In it, a presenter interviews the new Legend on the occasion of her incorporation to Apex Legends. It's a short video, here you have it.

At approximately 10:02 am, while the last episode of the 'Up Close and Personal With Lisa Stone' reportage series was being recorded, at the Sorting Factory Metroline stop, the tragedy occurred. Jimmy "Forge" McCormick has been brutally attacked by an unknown assailant during his interview with Miss Stone. She has not suffered physical injuries and is currently recovering at home. McCormick has been pronounced dead at the scene.
On the official website, your illustration now appears blackened, and underneath it has a sign that reads the following:
DEP Jimmie "Forge" McCormick. Undefeated (until they finished him).
And it is that the figure who has perpetrated the murder has been none other than the rumored robot Revenant, from which various tracks have been released for a few months. In fact, its features have been leaked on occasion.
It seems that this will really be the new character who will join the fray on February 4. What's more, the aforementioned website now says that we will witness the arrival of "a mysterious Legend." Of course, the way they have presented it has been at least original, because nobody expected this.
Anyway, rest in peace Forge. We didn't know you well enough.
