El Villager o Villager is the representative character of the Animal Crossing Player, based on the Player's appearance in City Folk.

    Summary

    Appearances

    Super Smash Bros. Brawl

The male version of the Villager is one of the many spectators in Smash Town, and also appears as one of the game's trophies, simply called "Boy from Animal Crossing"; both versions of the Villager appear as stickers, on which he is called "Girl" and "Boy", respectively.

Masahiro Sakurai, the director of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, stated that he intended for the Villager to be part of the playable cast of characters, but ultimately failed to do so because he did not consider him compatible with the battle.

This is confirmed in the Iwata Question from Super Smash Bros. Brawl3, where Satoru Iwata mentions that Sakurai told him that he could not see a Nintendog fighting, and the phrase was accompanied with an image in which the Villager also appears, thought as an object , possibly from before I had the idea of the helpers.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS y Wii U

    Villager Villager

The Villager appears as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, taking his appearance from the cover of Animal Crossing: City Folk. Unlike most characters, the Villager has seven alternate costumes based on various villager designs, four boys (including the default appearance) and four girls.

The Villager's movements are primarily based on Animal Crossing, such as using a shovel to bury opponents as his bottom attack, firing a slingshot as a forward airstrike, and using a net to capture.

Villagers that appear in Smash Town from Super Smash Bros. Brawl also return in this game along with the setting.

    Villager Villager

The Villager appears in Mario Kart 8 as a downloadable character, available for purchase as part of the Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8 DLC pack as one of two controllable Animal Crossing characters, the other being Cinnamon. Like Super Smash Bros., both male and female variants of the villager are available, both based on the illustrations of the villager from Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The symbol of your kart is the symbol of the leaf that represents the furniture of the Animal Crossing series.

The Villager shares his stats with Mario Tanooki, while the Villager shares his stats with Peach Felina. The Villager is the only character in Mario Kart 8 who does not have a voice; instead, use lots of sound effects from the Animal Crossing series.

Both Villagers return as playable characters in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch. Unlike the Wii U game, they occupy separate places on the character select screen (and are therefore treated as separate characters), and are included in the base game.

    Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

    Villager Fighter Card

The Villager reprises his role as a combatant in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, preserving the appearance with which he appeared in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, whose proportions correspond to those in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The movement of your clothes, especially your pants, is more realistic than before. It is possible to see the object or projectile that has been stored in the pocket in its damage meter. Also, you can now use your network to store objects.

To unlock the Villager, one of the following requirements must be completed:

    • Play versus mode, with the Villager being the sixth character to be unlocked.
    • Complete Classic Mode with Pikachu, being the first character in his unlock tree.
    • Have the Villager join the player's party in Adventure Mode.

With the exception of the third method, the Villager must be defeated in Smash Town.
