La Wedding season is an event introduced in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Throughout the month of June, players can visit Cayo Fauno and have a wedding-themed photoshoot at Fotopía para Al y Paca.
The event was added in the Earth Day update (1.2.0) on April 23, 2020.
Event
The first time the game is accessed during the event, Canela will announce the wedding season in the daily announcements and after leaving home, the Player will receive a phone call from Fauno asking for help with a photo session on his islet .
After arriving at Cayo Fauno, Fauno will meet Al and Paca and tell the player that they want a photo session to commemorate their wedding anniversary, then he will take him to a room with Al and Paca where they ask the player to decorate. the room to look like a wedding chapel. The player can decorate it with special wedding-themed furniture at the discretion of the couple, once properly decorated, they can take a photo of the couple. Paca will then reward the player with a Wedding Series piece of furniture and a variable amount of love jewelry, which can be given to Al for more Wedding Series pieces of furniture.
More love jewelry can be obtained daily by repeating the photoshoot, and the amount received depends on how well decorated the room is. After a few days, Paca will want to host a banquet and the banquet-themed furniture will be available to decorate, and the neighbors can be added to the photo shoot. Afterwards, the player will receive a photo of Al and Paca and a DIY project for a wedding fence. The next day, Paca will want to change the theme, and new wall and floor paper color variants will be available. While decorating, the player can talk to Al and he will give them the DIY recipe for the wedding bouquet wand.
