Jobs
At the pizzeria, there are six jobs available. These jobs depend on each other to function in a hierarchical manner (for example, chefs must fulfill orders collected by cashiers, while vendors must provide chefs with ingredients and pizza boxes). You can also enter the On Break mode, in which the money is earned through the 6 jobs according to how you work, except while you are on break. You don't make money.
Manager
The manager is the head of the pizzeria and has various duties and powers. Managers can hand out bonus checks to employees, name an employee as Employee of the Day, send employees back to work, and initiate voting processes to eliminate abusive players. However, if the targeted player has the VIP game pass, the Manager cannot kick the player out or send him back to work. The manager also has the ability to work all 5 jobs without losing the manager title. The manager's office is located next to the pizza packing area. It's small, with a desk, a wooden chair, a black executive chair, a houseplant, a coffee mug, and a lamp. The door is locked either until the manager walks through it, a player inside the office leaves it, or until the manager leaves his job. There is also a silver window on the opposite wall.
Manager's office
There can only be one manager at a time and no one can become a manager until the current manager:
- Exit the game
- Quit your job on purpose
- Enter your own home
- Is cast by other player (s)
- Is resting

you instantly. When there is already an administrator on the server, it is impossible for others to do this.
If a manager is unfair or not doing their job, players can step on the "Remove Manager" button located in the small room near the manager's office. This will send your vote to remove the admin. It takes 8 votes for a manager to be fired (the total number of votes is displayed above the button). Players are encouraged to do this if the manager is being rude or abusive. Players can also press this button if the player who is the current manager of the venue has been their manager for an inordinately long period of time.
ATM
Cashiers must take orders from customers taking the appearance of pre-made NPCs (non-player characters) or the same appearance of players on the server (appears using the classic 1.0 package). Customers enter through the front door of the store or through the self-service and should be seen in a few minutes. After clicking the speech bubble at the top of the customer's head, there are 3 options for the cashier to respond. In regular mode, there are 3 options. All of them are correct, but the customer takes a few seconds longer than the advanced mode to choose their order.
In advanced mode, there are also 3 options, but 2 of them are wrong and will reject the client if chosen, but they are easy to identify. Also, in advanced mode, the customer order will be in text rather than as an image. The cashier should listen to your response and press the button for the correct menu item on the cash register.
Chef
The cooks work in the kitchen area of the pizzeria and fulfill the orders shown on the board. The cook must ensure that the correct ingredients are on the pizza and that they are properly prepared and baked. The cook is also responsible for removing the cans of Fizzly (formerly Mountain Dew) from the refrigerator and placing them through the same conveyor if a customer orders one.
To make a pizza, the cook must first check the board where the orders are displayed. There are 3 types of pizza: cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. The cook begins by taking the pizza dough from the conveyor belt near the back of the kitchen and placing it on the table. There are four trays on the table: sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. To add toppings, the cook must click on the correct pan and drag the ingredient onto the pizza dough. All pizzas require sauce and cheese, while pepperoni or sausage is only added when necessary. Below are the instructions for making different types of pizza:
- Cheese pizza: Dough + tomato sauce + cheese
- Pepperoni Pizza: Dough + Tomato Sauce + Cheese + Pepperoni
- Pizza with sausages: Dough + tomato sauce + cheese + sausages
- You can find the Fizzly in the fridge on the left side of the kitchen. This is a canned drink, so you don't need to prepare.
After the cook adds all the ingredients to the dough, he must open an oven, place the pizza inside, and close it. In the oven, there is a bar that changes color depending on the state of the pizza and if the oven is being used or not:
- Gray: the oven is not being used.
- Orange: the oven is being used and the pizza is cooking inside.
- Green - The pizza has been cooked successfully and must be removed from the oven.
- Yellow - The pizza has been cooked successfully but is starting to overcook, so it should be removed from the oven immediately.
- Red - means the pizza is overcooked, there is a can of Fizzly inside, or there is a player on fire inside this oven.
The carrier will not accept the pizza if:
- It does not have all the required ingredients;
- It was not ordered on the board;
- It's cold
- Has errors
Kitchen
- It is burned.
- It is not cooked.
If the pizza is burning, grab the fire extinguisher by pressing the 'E' button while next to the extinguisher, turn off the fire, and throw the pizza in the trash. If the pizza is left on the floor for too long, the insects will feed on it. Insect infested pizzas should be thrown away. If an insect infested pizza is placed in the oven, a squeak will be heard and the insects will turn black. If the conveyor rejects the pizza if it is cold, you can reuse it by reheating the pizza (you can also throw it away, but that would be a waste of ingredients and time). If he turns you down because the pizza is raw, just cook it.
To see the tutorial you can press the yellow button in the kitchen
Packer
Pizza packers are responsible for taking pizzas from the kitchen and boxing them for delivery. The packing area is located just outside the manager's office. Pizza packers take the pizza off the conveyor belt, drag it into a box, and then close it. Then the boxed pizza is placed on the small conveyor belt and transported to the delivery table. The Fizzly does not need to be in a box and can be placed directly on a separate, smaller conveyor belt. The first mentioned conveyor belt will make a reject once a pizza is inserted directly into it. Pizzas that are manually brought in from the kitchen cannot be packaged, but can pass through the conveyor belt. This is a problem for pizza makers as they cannot deliver pizzas that are not in a box.
Packaging area
Often dozens of pizzas could be seen on the ceiling just above the packaging machine. This is because packers sometimes accidentally drag the pizza onto the pizzeria. If a packer has their chamber properly tilted, they can drag those pizzas down from the ceiling and put them in a box, which is a good way to earn extra money when no pizzas are coming out of the kitchen. However, since the recent updates in 2018, this problem no longer occurs.
Pizza boxes currently bear the "Builder Brothers Pizza" logo. Previously it was 'Hot & Fresh Pizza Pizza', which was a real brand, so it was modified to avoid brand infringement.
Delivery man
Delivery drivers are responsible for delivering boxed pizzas and Fizzly drinks to the correct house or player. Each house has a house number (like "A1", "B2", "C3", etc.) and most orders will have one of these house numbers or will be delivered to the real player. The driver must go to the correct house and take their order to the front door, where it will be delivered to the owner (who will be the owner's clone or the same NPC from which a cashier previously took the order). If the driver delivers the wrong pizza, there will be no penalty, the pizza can still be delivered to the correct customer. They receive 10 (previously 15 Moneyz per order, upgraded to 10 in July 2018 update) Moneyz per pizza / Fizzly delivered.
Area de delivery
Delivery is one of the most crucial jobs in the pizzeria, as it is the only way employees are paid without bonus checks or microtransactions. When a pizza is delivered, everyone earns money for it; so if there are no deliveries, no one will get paid even if everyone else is doing their job correctly. It is important to have good delivery people, especially those who know how to take advantage of the daily 'Double Time' event, where each delivery earns everyone twice as much money. The 'double time' starts approximately every 30 minutes.
Supplier
Vendors are responsible for transporting pizza toppings from the warehouse to the pizzeria using large trucks, which keeps resources available for cooking and packing pizzas. Supplies are pizza dough cubes, ketchup, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, fizzly, and boxes. If these supplies run out, no more pizzas can be made (or packed) unless the supplier restocks the supplies, so they should always be on the lookout for any items that are running low. The maximum amount of resources that each item can be replenished is 99, if supplies are filled up to 99, Supply drops do not count unless the count goes down.
Supply delivery area
There are two boards that show the stock of each ingredient: one in the loading dock of the pizzeria and one in the warehouse. Suppliers can refer to these dashboards to find out what supplies to deliver. Towards the back of the warehouse, there are buttons (the ingredient buttons will be based on their color) that the supplier can step on to produce the ingredient buckets, which they need to load onto the supply trucks. Then the vendor must drive the truck to the pizza parlor's loading dock, get out of the truck, and pull the lever to release the boxes onto the conveyor belt.
Because the pizzeria relies on its ingredients, the vendor has one of the most important jobs in the game. Suppliers need to know how to stack supplies so there are no "loose" boxes, which can fall off the truck or cause the truck to fall. They also need to be able to get the ingredients to the pizzeria before the boxes disappear, which is difficult if the roads are full of delivery cars and players.
Delivery trucks can knock down trees and mailboxes. This can give providers an advantage if there are obstacles in the way.
Warehouse of supplies
Resting
Players who are not currently working are "on hold". Players can obtain this status by entering their home, entering someone's home, starting the game at their home, or staying idle while working. Players who are "on hold" do not receive coins when pizzas are delivered. As of the December 2017 update, managers will be suspended if they enter a house. A message will appear for the manager confirming whether or not they want to take a break, and advising that someone else can become a manager during that time. For trolls, staying home gives them a slight edge, because managers can't get them back to work not just because they're not working. Also, managers cannot enter houses without leaving their occupation.
Casas
When a new player joins the game, they are automatically given a house that they can customize. The house is automatically saved, and when you join the game, your house will be loaded.
There are twelve houses on the map, divided into three sections: A (A1-A3), B (B1-B6), and C (C1-C3). The player's house will be placed in a random empty spot on one of these three streets. Any house that is not occupied by players will be vacant until a new player joins (until this happens, a gray and medium house will house an NPC in a standardized way)
Houses are a way for players to spend and manage their earned Moneyz, with a feature to customize their houses. Players can change the color of their home's walls, ceilings, doors, and windows, and they can also purchase furniture from the in-game Catalog, which they place wherever they want in their home. Also, certain upgrades and the Moneyz can be purchased with Robux.
Houses start out very small. Use the money you earn working, bonuses or joining the game to improve your house. These upgrades can expand the size and floors of your home
Previously, players could rate houses, but this was removed as Dued1 deemed it unnecessary. A Like button has been added to replace the rating system. You can find it on the Personalization tab in the 990 Moneyz Catalog.

Catalogo y The Dump
As new players' houses are empty, they are generally encouraged to personalize their houses by purchasing furniture from the catalog, using in-game Moneyz that they get upon completing their jobs. Another way to buy furniture is The Dump. The Dump is a building where you can find special discounts on items that would otherwise cost full price in the catalog. Mr. Builder owns The Dump (previously there were 2 employees who could help you change the color of his house parts in exchange for coins, But as of 2017 all users have a paint bucket to replace this function) . The Dump was closed from January 23, 2017 to January 31, 2019.
The catalog contains equipment, furniture, etc., which can be purchased with Moneyz. Once you buy something from the catalog, to use or place it in your home, you must use the inventory (bag in the upper left corner). Use the removal tool (red X gear in the second row [row of gears]) to remove the furniture.
To start with, the game will offer you a free furniture item (previously 4). Open the inventory (backpack icon) and click on the item to equip it and place it in your house!
A free gift occasionally appears on your mailbox, this is a daily item. Touch the mailbox when the icon is displayed above the mailbox.
Moneyz
The Moneyz is the only currency used at Work at a Pizza Place.
You can earn Moneyz through the following:
- Starter check (500 Moneyz - can only be obtained once)
- Daily check (200 Moneyz, 400 with VIP)
- Paycheck (twice a day in the game, once during the day and once at nightfall)
- Bonus check (150 Moneyz, awarded by manager)
- Uncashed paycheck (if player leaves without claiming standard check)
- Secret Island Chest (1500 Moneyz - Can only be obtained once)
- Microtransactions
- Selling junk items
- Moneybag (maximum 2000 Moneyz, each coin of the 200)
Zoobers
Pets (called 'Zoobers') were added to the game during Christmas 2015. They can be purchased for 7,000 Moneyz. The player can customize their Zoober at the time of purchase and can have 3 assets at a time. Zoobers will float near you, but can be held in the player's hand if asked. The player can disable their Zoober at any time by simply clicking the green button at the bottom right and clicking again to reactivate the Zoober.
Customization
The player can purchase accessories for their Zoober through the top hat button in the pet interface. Only one accessory can be worn by a Zoober at a time.
Care
The player will need to frequently check the Pet tab at the top of their screen to check their Zoober's stats. The 4 statistics are:
- Hunger
- Dream
- Fun
- Mascot
They need to be checked frequently, and if one of the stats goes down, the player can click the correct button that represents the stat to increase it (for example, if Zoober's sleep stats are low, click the "Sleep" button to make them sleep). Zoobes with very low stats tend to cry or be sleepy.
Stickers
The stickers were added to the game on September 15, 2018 and function as cosmetic decorations that players can collect and apply to walls for cosmetic purposes. Its color determines its rarity, which ranges from Common (Blue), Uncommon (Green), Rare (Yellow), and Legendary (Purple). They were originally given out for free through a daily reward system, but were later changed to be available through customers who arrive with a capsule in hand. Once the customer's order is delivered, it will award all currently working players with a random sticker. Robux decals can also be purchased from vendors in the main dining room of the restaurant, obtaining a duplicate decal will award the player coins.

Employee benefits
The manager has the power to deliver benefits to hard working employees. There are two types of benefits: Bonus Checks and Employee of the Day.
- The manager can hand out bonus checks to someone who works hard. These are blue 150 Moneyz checks that can be cashed instantly. You have to wait 10 minutes to reissue bonus checks.
- Employee of the Day is a highly sought-after award that managers can nominate for an employee. The employee of the day is commemorated with a gold plaque on their avatar in the cashier's lounge, manager's office, and pizza packing room. You have to wait 15 minutes between the selection of employees for the day. Other than having the employee's name on the wall, this has no benefits.
Party Island
Party Island is a game that can be teleported from Work at to Pizza Place. The game allows players to personalize their home and host parties, where other players can dance and explore other people's homes. DJ booths are popular party items. The map, unlike the normal game, only features houses and many people can play.
Players can teleport through the tall portal next to The Dump.
Easter Eggs
- Whether intentional or not, it is possible to remove a customer from the cashier area and even carry them on the head. Just carry a client and he will move and jump on your head if you keep walking. You can cook them by putting them in an oven and closing it. You can still interact with them normally, even when they are cooked.
- There is a rocky island to the northwest of the map (near the water's edge) (to the north is the address of the vendor's warehouse from the pizzeria), which has a treasure chest that will give you 700 Moneyz that can only be opened once.
- Another island can be found to the southeast that has a shelter, a homeless person and has a jungle appearance. You used to be able to sell their junk items by talking to the homeless person. The person looks stranded considering his unkempt beard. However, the room accommodates 2 beds, suggesting that there were originally two people stranded. After the July 2018 update, the homeless man was located in the dump where the teleporter to Party Island previously was. After The Dump reopened on January 31, 2019, the man was transferred back to the island, however, you can no longer sell him unwanted items. The way to sell junk items now is to talk to Mr. Builder, the owner of The Dump.
- Near the drive-thru there is a secret room that has a dark brown wall. It contains a poster that says "Can you keep a secret?" which in Spanish means can you keep a secret ?, along with a rusty soda machine and a dirty restaurant table with chairs. Players can be seen in the pizza boxing area, through the kitchen ovens, and a bit of the cashier area through semi-transparent walls that cannot be seen from the other side. In addition, it is possible to enter the upper ovens. The semi-transparent walls are single-sided, meaning that only those inside the secret room can see through.
- There is an Easter egg that teleports you to the Work at a Burger Place game. It can be found by swimming to Rock Island near the C2 house and tapping on the Krusty Krab restaurant located under the water where you will be teleported to the game. Detailed water feature must be enabled for this easter egg to work.
- Under the water near house A3, there is a tunnel. A skeleton can be found inside the tunnel. Currently, you can swim into the tunnel through a hole.
Double Time and Specialty Pizzas
During the Double Time (DT) event that occasionally occurs in-game, players and customers will be able to walk faster and orders will be turned into golden pizzas. Specialty pizzas are pizzas that will increase the money earned by completing a regular order.
- If the order is gold, you will get double money.
- If the order is rainbow, you will get 10 times the amount of money. Rainbow pizzas and fizzly make a sizzling sound when they're around.
- During the Double Time event (which lasts 4 minutes), all normal orders will be converted to gold orders; After the event ends, all orders that were normal will revert to normal orders, while real golden pizzas will remain golden, even after this event.

There are currently 13 game passes, which are permanent.
