Xion, "The Inexistent", is the XIV member of Organization XIII, and appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days as one of the main protagonists and antagonists. She is not a member within the 13 in the Organization, rather she is an unofficial member. Because of this, he has neither a throne in the Nonexistent World nor a title or race of Nobodies to control. Instead, he is an imperfect being, or, more precisely, a replica of Roxas created from Sora's memories, as proof of trial and error in case both Sora and Roxas proved useless to the Organization's plans. Appearance

Her appearance is different depending on who is looking at her, and his relationship with her. Most of the Organization, such as Saïx and Axel at first observe her as a hooded individual, while Xigbar watches her with an identical appearance to Ventus. Xemnas, on the other hand, sees his true form, a copy of Sora. In one of his secret reports, Axel says that Xion resembles Naminé, although it is unclear if he actually saw her as Naminé at the time, or if he was simply referring to the physical similarities the two have. An interesting note is that, once Axel considers Xion a friend, from that moment on he observes her with the same appearance that Roxas sees her.

When Xion begins to absorb Sora's memories of each of the devices that are placed in Wonderland, Halloween Town, and Agrabah, she gains armor that makes her look like a mechanized version of Sora (appearance) from the first Kingdom Hearts. Her armor changes based on the number of memories she has taken, although some of the characteristics remain the same. His starting armor is in the form of a white and pink helmet that has spikes on the top, sides, and back. His body armor is a black, white and pink jacket with dark and pinkish gloves. Etymology

Xion's name was given to her by Tomoco Kanemaki, one of the filmmakers of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and writer of the Kingdom Hearts novels. Tetsuya Nomura, creator of the Kingdom Hearts series, became fond of Xion and notes that it has many meanings. His name contains the Japanese words for "tide" (潮 Shio?), Which is related to the theme of the names of Kairi and Naminé; and Aster tataricus (紫苑 Shion?), which is a plant, which according to Japanese floriography, means "I will not forget you" or "I remember".
