Year of the Dragon

Year of the Dragon (in Spanish The Year of the Dragon) is the tenth episode of Angry Birds Seasons, and the first episode of Season 3. Rovio's video "Happy New Year of the Angry Birds" was announced on YouTube, see below. Teaser trailer was released on January 20, 2012, but it was released on January 19 in most areas of the world.

DRAGON ATTACK
To celebrate Chinese New Year, King Pig commissioned a new puppet theatre. The first play portrayed Smooth Cheeks as the hero and the Flock as a bunch of yellow-bellied cowards. Red wasn't having that and sent in something that looked like a dragon. At first the idiotic King thought my scaly buddy was nothing more than a special effect. Ha! He was soon squealing in fear . . .

Features

The episode is thematic of Chinese culture, like Moon Festival, only that, based on the celebration of the Chinese New Year, so it presents its most important object; fireworks rockets, which when hit, shoot out, and subsequently explode, damaging nearby structures and pigs. Red wood blocks, gold blocks are also introduced, and Chinese decoration objects and accessories return from Moon Festival, such as lanterns, porcelain, fans, hats, among others.

• Bubbles appears for the third time in a row in an episode of Seasons (he also appears in Birdday Party in classic Angry Birds).
