Aftermath

Aftermath (Ends of the Earth LIT. Ends of the Earth) is a keychain of Terra's Keyblade found in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Like Terra's other Keyblades, it is capable of changing in multiple ways.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Terra's Keyblade develops this form after he chooses Riku to inherit the Keyblade. The permanent Keyblade takes this form once Terra's body is stolen by Master Xehanort, and her armor becomes Latent Consciousness. Latent Consciousness continues to use this Keyblade, even when fighting Sora in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix.

Appearance

It is very similar to Terra's initial weapon, except that it is somewhat longer, wider and looks more like a greatsword than a sword, with the end ending in a semicircle, the notch of the key on both sides and the hilt made up of more pieces; the keychain is identical to the Telluria, but with different colors. This is the key that Latent Consciousness carries in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. One could consider the developed form of Telluria, the original key to Terra, and her default weapon.

• It is one of the most emblematic Keyblades, and also the one that has been seen to adopt the most forms so far.
