This is done through the zip lines that are on the map. All you have to do is jump from the battle bus, and go directly to an area of the map where there is a zip line.
While you are descending, stand just above the zip line until the interaction button appears. As soon as the button appears, press it and you will see that by magic you will have teleported to the zip line and from there you will be able to throw yourself to the ground without suffering any type of damage.
How to destroy everything with the zip line
You can use this same zip line trick but from the ground. You can also interact with the zip line that is in the sky from the ground by pressing the corresponding button and looking at the sky and you will be teleported to it.
But what we want to do with this trick is destroy everything thanks to the zip lines. Well, while you are on the ground, look up at the sky where there is a zip line until you can interact with it. If you do it while in the water, you will see that incomprehensibly the zip line will descend towards you and will be at ground level.
Now you can move the character along with the zip line at ground level destroying everything you touch, including entire buildings.
You could also be below the ground if you go down a hill while you have the zip line attached to your head and you are walking on the ground.
