Kingdom Hearts χ [chi][1] (formerly known as Kingdom Hearts for PC Browser) is a Kingdom Hearts game exclusively for PC browsers. Set during the events of the Keyblade War, it houses simple 2D graphics and allows all players to become Keyblade wielders. All characters are designed by Monster Octopus, who also designed the characters for Kingdom Hearts Mobile. [2]

On May 12, 2015, Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, a remake of Kingdom Hearts χ for smartphones, was announced.

Kingdom Hearts χ is part of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue in cinematic form under the name Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover.

History

It is the world of a distant fairy tale.
The world is full of light.
Several worlds have been born in the light, at the same time that the light surrounds them.
From the light of the Kingdom of Hearts, there is a protected Keyblade χ.
Back then, the worlds believed in eternal light.
However, a large light casts a dark shadow.
From the darkness, anxiety and fear awakened desire.
With darkness hidden in the depths of awakened hearts, chaos began to spread through the worlds.
To stop the spread of darkness, those who seek the light created a copy of the Keyblade χ, thus beginning an adventure in which the fate of the worlds is at stake. »- Message from the KINGDOM [3]

System

Made to be played in a PC browser, it is presented as the first social game of the saga for PC.

As for the Main Player, you can customize your avatar, travel through various Disney worlds, and much more. Explore each location to find items with which you can craft cards and fight for victory. The game has developed a new and novel system. Every once in a while you'll need friends to help you defeat an enemy, so you can band together and have fun!

Curiosities

During its initial development, the game was to be called Kingdom Hearts for PC Browser.
The χ (Greek letter) refers to the Renegade Seal in the shape of an "X", which also appears in the name of the Keyblade X.
According to Tetsuya Nomura, the game will not focus on the history of the Kingdom Hearts Saga, but recent news reveals that some information about the Xehanort Saga and Kingdom Hearts III will be discovered shortly.
Japanese players who purchased the first edition of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix got a code that provided them with a Sora card, 20.000 Platines, and 400 "Card Draw Points."
