Are you an experienced Community Manager with native Spanish (ES-MX) fluency who is passionate about communication and creating a branded user experience?
Lionbridge is seeking Community Managers to assist with community management, social engagement, and event coverage for a project of one of the most recognizable mobile games producer. We're seeking pro-active candidates who are excited to dive into a company voice and use their knowledge about eSports, market trends and their local community to listen and speak to gamers and improve their play experience.
The ideal candidate has experience in community management and / or community support, (preferably in mobile gaming), is self-driven and creative, and has previously created content for the LATAM market.
CM (s) will be working hand-in-hand with community support teams based in Portugal. They will be part of a Lionbridge team passionate about gaming and committed to making gameplay more and community interactions relevant to players in all geographies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with Region Marketers to deliver the team's vision to our players in that specific market;
• Analyze and report current trends within the community and provide the team with regional insights and recommendations
• Proactively post content on social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube channels in local language
• Repost relevant, localized versions of global content planned by Community and Marketing teams
• Strategize, develop and feature bespoke, relevant content for players in local markets
• Identify, engage and support local content creators
• Provide any urgent player feedback and sentiment analysis of local community to internal region owner
REQUIREMENTS:
• Living locally in Mexico.
• Has experience managing (or working with) external partners
• Bachelor Degree (preferably Social Media or Marketing)
• Exceptional writing skills (Native)
• Fluency in both written and verbal English
• Vivid gamer
• Creative and Strategic thinkers
• Experience in graphic design / Photoshop
• Experience with social media management and business intelligence tools
