    Ordinances

HR Ordinances They are a feature of Animal Crossing: New Leaf in which the player can select a set of upgrades for their village. Each ordinance comes with its own benefits.

There are four ordinances in total, and they affect the way the town operates. Each costs 20.000 berries to enact and can be exchanged at City Hall. Only one ordinance can be active at a time, and it can be canceled for free. The cancellation or enactment of an ordinance becomes effective the next day at 06:00.
